By using FavorPDF, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

FavorPDF provides free, browser-based PDF tools. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that every conversion will be perfect — results depend heavily on the structure of your source file (for example, scanned PDFs convert less cleanly than text-based ones).

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the files you upload. Do not use FavorPDF to process content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or that you don’t have permission to handle.

Fair use

Please don’t abuse or overload the service (automated bulk hammering, attempts to disrupt it, etc.). We apply rate limits and may block traffic that threatens the service for everyone else.

Credits, payments & refunds

FavorPDF’s AI features run on credits. New accounts receive free credits, and you can buy additional credits in one-time packs (there is no subscription). How many credits an action uses depends on the feature, the size of your document, and the AI model chosen; an estimate is shown before you run it. Payments are processed by Stripe — we don’t store your card details.

  • Immediate delivery & withdrawal. Purchased credits are made available to your account immediately. By completing a purchase you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawalfor the credits delivered.
  • Non-refundable. Except where refunds are required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once added to your account, including unused credits.
  • Validity. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Free and promotional credits may expire sooner and have no cash value.
  • Pricing changes. We may change prices or the credit cost of features at any time; changes don’t affect credits you’ve already purchased.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FavorPDF is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including any issues with converted files. Always keep a copy of your original documents.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time.
